You will play a vital role in ensuring every learner has a seamless onboarding experience and that all student records are accurate, secure, and up-to-date. You will work closely with parents, tutors, and our academic coordination team to manage the complete student lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment and ongoing record management.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage student registrations and complete the onboarding process for new families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records and profiles in our systems
- Support parents with registration queries, portal access issues, and account management
- Coordinate class placement based on learner age, grade, and availability
- Work closely with tutors and the admin team to ensure smooth communication
- Ensure GDPR compliance in all data handling and record-keeping
- Generate reports on enrolment statistics and student data as needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
